Abstract: Drilling mud shaker is the core equipment for drilling mud purification. Based on the actual use of drilling engineering and combined with field practical experience, a flexible and efficient simple drilling mud shaker has been developed. Through field application, it has received better effect. This article introduces the structural characteristics, processing and application of simple drilling mud shaker.

Drilling mud vibrating screen is a first-level solid control equipment in the drilling mud solid-phase control system. It handles more than 74 μm solid phase particles returning from the bottom of the mud (solids with drilling fluid larger than 74 μm are not good for drilling fluid). This equipment uses a vibration motor to achieve the linear movement of the screen box in a certain direction based on the principle of self-synchronization, and the purpose of screening and discharging the cuttings particles in the drilling fluid is achieved. 2 Structural composition of drilling mud shaker
The basic structure of drilling mud shaker is shown in Figure 1.

The drilling fluid vibrating screen is mainly composed of a base, a screen box, a screen mesh, a mud inlet tank, a vibration motor, a damping spring, and a control switch. The base is used to fix the screws on the foundation; the supporting components (bracket and motor support) are used to support the screen box and the motor; the support spring is used to generate the amplitude; the vibration motor (vibrator) is the more important part of the vibration screen. As the power source of the vibrating screen, the vibrating screen can reach the required vibration amplitude. The main components are structured as follows:
(1) Screen box (vibration frame): The screen box is the load-bearing part of the screen. The screen box is made of Q235 steel plate, its thickness is 8mm, and the box structure is adopted. It is composed of side plates, cross braces, reinforcement plates and beams. Combined. The side plates and beams are the main load-bearing parts of the screen frame. Since the screen box is supported by the side plates, the side plates bear the weight of the material and the screen box, and transmit the exciting force to the various parts of the screen frame. The rigidity is reinforced with [12 channel steel on both sides of the side plate. The beam is welded with double [12 channel steel and 10mm thick reinforcement plate.
(2) The sieve plate is an important part for removing the solid phase and recovering drilling fluid.
